Shipping & Freight Terms
Small Parcel (under approx. 150 lbs):

We use “FREE SHIPPING” only for small-parcel items when stated on the listing.
Pallet / LTL Freight (industrial equipment):

We use “FREE FREIGHT” only when stated on the listing for palletized/LTL shipments.

Freight quotes depend on delivery location and access (commercial dock vs liftgate/residential).

Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional carrier fees (limited access, liftgate, redelivery, storage, appointment, etc.) may be billed to the buyer.
Pickup:

Local pickup may be available by appointment. Buyer is responsible for safe loading unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty Policy (Limited)
Unless a listing states otherwise in writing, equipment may be sold with one of the following conditions:
A) Limited Function Warranty (if stated on the listing or invoice)
If a limited warranty is offered, it is limited to the specific terms stated on the listing or invoice, and may be parts-only or repair-only at our discretion. Labor, travel, consumables, and downstream costs are not covered.
B) No Warranty / AS-IS
If no warranty is stated, the item is sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
AS-IS / WHERE-IS (SURPLUS CONDITION)
Many items sold by Flip Boss Depot are commercial surplus. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items may be sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS, with no guarantee of full functionality, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility, electrical requirements, and intended use prior to purchase.
Returns / Refunds
Because many items are surplus and/or freight shipped, returns are limited.

Returns are accepted only when explicitly stated on the listing or invoice.

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return freight/shipping and safe packaging.

Refunds (if issued) may exclude outbound shipping/freight and payment processing fees.

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and item condition.
Payment Terms
We accept online payments through Wix Payments and PayPal (where enabled). For invoice requests, payment instructions will be provided on the invoice. Orders may be canceled if payment is not received within the stated time window.
